Duties & Responsibilities:
The Assessing Agent is available the 1st Monday of each month to discuss property valuations.
To make an appointment to meet with the Assessing Agent contact the Assessing Office.
Call or go into the Town Office to see if you qualified for any Tax Relief Programs
- Taxes are due on October 1st and April 1st.
- The tax year runs July 1st to June 30th.
- The deadline for all tax exemptions is April 1st of each tax year.
- The current Mil Rate is 13.4 per thousand at 100% of the assessed value.
- Your should now have your 2010 Tax Bill.
